EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAM

The Early Childhood Program at Daycroft encompasses the Toddler and Primary programs. Daycroft’s Toddler Classrooms are designed to provide nurturing, security, and challenge in an orderly environment that is fun, loving, and a respectful place for our youngest students to become independent and self-confident individuals. Daycroft’s Primary classrooms provide a prepared environment in Practical Life, Sensorial, Math, Language, Science, Geography, and Culture. These curriculum areas' direct and indirect aims are to develop order, concentration, coordination, and independence in the children, in addition to individualized academic growth.

  • Toddler

Daycroft's Toddler Program is thoughtfully designed for children aged 18 months to three years, providing a nurturing, secure, and stimulating environment that supports their early development. At this critical stage, we focus on creating a space where young learners feel safe and valued, allowing them to explore the world around them with curiosity and confidence.

Our program emphasizes a balance of structure and play, fostering independence, creativity, and a love of learning in each child. Through carefully planned activities and routines, toddlers are encouraged to develop essential skills such as communication, problem-solving, and social interaction.

In addition to meeting developmental milestones, the Toddler Program creates a fun, loving, and respectful atmosphere where children build self-confidence and form strong connections with their teachers and peers. By nurturing their individuality and encouraging exploration, we aim to lay the foundation for lifelong learning and success.

  • Primary Program

Daycroft’s Primary Program provides a prepared environment in Practical Life, Sensorial, Math, Language, Science, Geography, and Culture. These curriculum areas' direct and indirect aims are to develop order, concentration, coordination, and independence in the children.

The Kindergarten age student within the Primary program is offered a nurturing environment where children develop independence, leadership, and a love of learning. Kindergarten students engage in hands-on, self-paced activities, guiding younger peers while deepening their understanding through teaching and collaboration. They gain confidence, academic readiness, and essential life skills in a supportive, community-driven classroom.
